This one's probably not my favourite, but it's in my head right now.

"We have to get drunk immediately." - Eugene (Jude Law) in the movie Gattaca

Money cannot buy happiness, but it can rent it for a long, long time.

Save a tree, eat a beaver.

An unfinished thought is so...

Those are good ones. :P

"I don't get it, I don't want to get it and I pray my children never get it.........." - Roberto (King of the Jungle)

"And I hear you get free stuff..so that's cool. " - Clay Aiken

"If theres one thing I want people to 'get' about me, it is my Faith." - George Huff

From the greatest movie of all time, CITIZEN KANE:

Code:
THOMPSON: Well - it's become a very clear picture.  He was the most honest man who ever lived, with a streak of crookedness a yard wide.  He was a liberal and a reactionary; he was tolerant - "Live and Let Live" - that was his motto.  But he had no use for anybody who disagreed with him on any point, no matter how small it was.  He was a loving husband and a good father - and both his wives left him and his son got himself killed about as shabbily as you can do it.  He had a gift for friendship such as few men have - he broke his oldest friend's heart like you'd throw away a cigarette you were through with.  Outside of that -

THIRD NEWSPAPERMAN: Okay, okay.

GIRL: What about Rosebud?  Don't you think that explains anything?

THOMPSON: No, I don't.  Not much anway.  Charles Foster Kane was a man who got everything he wanted, and then lost it.  Maybe Rosebud was something he couldn't get or lost.  No, I don't think it explains anything.  I don't think any word explains a man's life.  No -  I guess Rosebud is just a piece in a jigsaw puzzle - a missing piece.

"Has she ever pouted her lips and called you ... pookie?"

"No day but today."

"So that's five miso soup, four sea weed salad, three soy burger dinner, two tofu dog platter, and one pasta with meatless balls?"

All from RENT.

"Shower's in the kitchen, there might be some soap. Dishes in the sink, brush your teeth if you can cope. Toliet's in the closet, you better hope there's a lightbulb in there."
From Boho Days by Jonathan Larson.

This one tends to crack me up:

"Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum viditur."
Or 'Whatever is said in Latin sounds profound.' :P

" A career? I've thought about this quite a bit sir and I would have to say considering what's waiting out there for me, I don't want to sell anything, buy anything or process anything as a career. I dont want to sell anything bought or processed or buy anything sold or processed or repair anything sold, bought or processed as a career. I dont want to do that. My father's in the army. He wants me to join, but I can't work for that corporation, so what I've been doing lately is kick-boxing, which is a new sport...as far as career longevity, I dont really know. I cant figure it all out tonight, sir, so I'm just gonna hang with your daughter."

A gold star to anyone who knows who said it and what movie its from.

Is it from the movie My Boss's Daughter, perhaps? By the way- that's a complete guess.

About a week ago, my friends Becky and Mitchell went to lunch with me, and somehow started talking about Native Americans.

Becky: What kind of sports do you think [Native Americans] played?
Mitchell: The probably played tag. And maybe dodgeball with a stone.

Yeah, I guess you had to be there. And another friend of mine, Tony, said something I find particularly funny.

Dude... your duck looks like a lopsided version of Britney Spears.

I would advise you not to ask. :P
