What is your favourite form of exercise?
Personally I love to go on the elliptical machines at the gym, and plan to start running 3 times a week on Monday.
I'd love to hear what everyone else likes to do to kip fit or just for fun. :) Maybe it will give me some more ideas for getting in to shape!

I really prefer to walk. Probably the easiest way to get some exercise.

I like doing cardio routines that involve dance.
I also have a strange love for situps. haha
No lunges or squats, though, please. :s

Dance! I love it. I need to get back into it so much but I was told by my physio that I shouldn't dance properly for three years. I'm crawling up the walls!

Irish stepdancing, trail running, swimming, hiking, walking... and I love to hit the weights, but haven't had time this semester. Over the summer, I enjoyed some strength-training with a balance ball.
What I'd really love is an obstacle course that incorporates trail-running and strengthening (through your own body weight), but nonesuch exists around here (there was a woosy one in Duke Forest where I used to live). I guess kind of like a playground for adults -- monkey bars, climbing walls, etc.

Walking, and yoga! Swimming too, but I don't have a pool right now. Even though I haven't had time to do as much of either as I'd like lately.

tkd!its really fun!you get too do all kinds of stuff!kicking and punching and lots of bowing!lots of respect.and the master is really nice.hes a 6th dagree black belt.im a brown belt.but its really fun.

i love to go rock climbing (mostly indoors, but sometimes outdoors). I also used to cycle to work which was great exercise, but i live to close to warrant it now
i was going to start running (i went once, but then went on holiday - i'll try it again when i get back).

I'm not really much of an exercise person. I need to start something though, as I was just at the doctor on Tuesday morning and was weighed. I need a way to lose about 20 to 30 pounds

My answer...Wii Fit! Not going to make you lose an exorbitant amount of weight, but heck you sure feel better just getting moving and it does get you toned after a few weeks!
