It's amazing how much better my bum knee feels now that I'm wearing shoes with cushioning again! Too bad I didn't order them until after the semester was over -- I was averaging 3-5 miles/day walking. This is the 5th pair of Adrenalines I've had; I'd recommend them for those with narrow feet, high arches, and the desire for cushioning and support. And Runner's Edge had reasonable prices and fast shipping; I'd order from them again.
