Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

I've always been interested in how everyone got here myself.
I got here by stumbling across PPT and the PPT Show. I lurked on the boards and listened to the PPT Show fanatically. I then really wanted to become a host on the PPT Show. I read up on how to become a PPT Show host and emailed Kym. I joined the forum for Poddington acces then presto! Here I am, an addicted PPT forum member!

It was that one with the silly coloured animals, right? You mean PPT used to have something about it? Something other than the forums?

Yeah, I heard it closed down ages ago and some advertising company bought out the domain name.

LDP.
I came for plot help and joined for the plot debating. I believe most of the members who were around at that time would attest to the zaniness of my posts at that time.

Yes you were insanely zany. Too zany!!

I originally came just for Neo tips, stayed for the LDP help, and eventually joined when lurking wasn't fun anymore.

I have no idea. It was back in 2003 - surely you don't expect me to remember that far back!

Huh, that's bringing me back to 03'...
If I remember right, I was a near-suicidal middle schooler who needed a nice place on the net to hang out in.
Lo and behold, I'm still alive, so thanks PPT. =P

After lurking through quite a bit (through LDP, the Altador plot, and TOW), I decided lurking was too boring. Not to mention, I wanted to be able to contribute to all the wonderful help that was being provided!

It always amuses me to see that you've been here less than a year (as an actual member). I freaked out when I saw that, because I could've sworn you've been here 2-3 years

Well, I've definitely lurked that long...
Now that I've joined, I just can't stay away....(and I go into PPT withdrawal when the site goes down!)

Oh geeze. Do you remember the pudding fights?
I think the LDP was the reason I joined PPT the first time. Then I wandered for a while. Then I came back, although I can't remember what prompted me to do so.

Nah, that was the Petpet/Green Jelly Plot, which I still do not speak of. (Except now.)
I joined a few weeks before that got started, but I lurked for ages before that. I think I just felt like responding to something or other one day.

I too came for LDP. I wanted to post my dumb ideas.
