i heard if you rub your eyes too much, it may alter the shaping of your lens? is it true?

also, when i pull my eye skin outwards and make my eyes look thinner, my vision becomes distorted but sharper.

I've never heard anything like that, and a diagram of the human eye suggests that the lens is too far inside the eye to be affected by rubbing the eyeball. The cornea is very strong in order to protect the delicate parts of an eye--even a fingernail can't cut it open. I imagine you'd have to be really dedicated to affect the lens.

nope. all it does is spread eye irritants around, which might scrape the lens of your eye (like where your contacts stick to).

Mostly rubbing just irritates that outter layer. thats why eyes get bloodshot if somethings in them.

Well, yes, actually. For a couple of minutes after rubbing at least. My eyesight always goes really blurry after I've rubbed them. Thankfully it does no lasting damage though.
