I did this thing last night and found it quite interesting. I had no idea that knee surgery was so intensive (And that it took so long). Very cool.
I showed it to a friend who wouldn't do it because he felt it's nature was unpleasant.

I tried it! It was fun, although my friend was sitting next to me going "Ew... Eww... Ew..."

I didn't think it was horribly graphic, though... Although maybe it's because I played through Trauma Center on my Wii recently...

that was nothing compared to dissecting a cat.
trust me, an ACTUAL bone saw sounds much worse than a cartoon one.
It was really fun though, because my mother just had a total knee replacement ^^
so... am i the only one that did every single other activity on that site too?
