Why was my post about me getting a new sig locked?

This is the general forum that has nothing to do with neopets right? Well as far as I think, me asking other PPTers for adive was not dealing with neopets and it also wasn't asking them to make me a sig.
This is kinda stupid and you have to understand that you guys are getting mod happy here. My post broke no rules and if you would have read it then you would have understood that.
(is prepared to eat his foot if he is wrong)

This forum is for Misc disussions that don't have a individual board already. Graphics go in the correct art forum.

And if you were asking someone to make one for you, it would have gone somewhere in Signatures and Avatars Requests. That is probably why.

But my post didnt fit into any of the graphics forums.
I was not asking for my avatar to be made for me, I was not discussing ways to make it.
I know how to make one, I know where to host it. I was asking the fellow memmbers of PPT to add there input of what kind of sig I should have...

Like I said. I don't need advise on HOW TO MAKE ONE. I know how, I know anything I could learn from there. My post is not about anything I could post in there. I bet you anything I post that thread in that forum and it would get locked because it was relevant to that forum...
Do you see why I didn't put it there though. Look at the forum disc, my post had nothing to do with that...
:edit: and as far as I understood that "advice" part I am thinking advice in the way of understanding how to work photoshop or paint shop not my thread. This is why I am upset, the mod never gave me a reason to why the post was locked....

FYI, criticizing the moderating staff is a really good way to get yourself in trouble.
The mod that locked your post had a very good reason (the post belonged in the workshop) and probably didn't have enough time to post a message. We have lives too you know.

^ What she said. Actually going through some of the topics in the workshop, it would be the good spot for your topic.
Might I suggest is that you contact a moderator next time rather than causing a problem on these boards. Consider this a warning.
