I don't know what you're talkin' 'bout either, but tomorrow in science I have to give a presentation of my science project. I HATE GIVING PRESENTATIONS!!! All those creepy eyes staring at you... and then whispering about you... ahhhhh...

Good luck for er....right now today!
Our school's closed because of the flooding, but our AS students have got to try and make it in for their exams anyway!
Mon Jan 10, 2005 12:53 pm
I have NO idea what that is... here we have CSAPs, IOWAs, SATs and TSATs and some other variation of SAT.
And, of course, all the SATs which people have added an h into are an entity in themselves...
*Cough*
Anyway.... good luck to people with sensical test names!

Thanks for the good luck messages but that Maths paper was evil! EVIL! *shudder*
This was the easiest question on it:
Solve this simultaineous equation.
x2 - 3y + 11 = 0 2x - y + 1= 0
I got the answer right! Whoo.
Still failed though.
BTW, AS levels are the exams you take when you're 16-17 and are some of the most difficult ones you will ever face. Maths is the hardest one.
Oh and if anyone wants to know the answer to the above easy equation, here it is.
2x + 1 = y
x2 -3(2y +1) + 11 = 0
x2 - 6x - 3 + 11 = 0
x2 - 6x +9 = 0
(x -3) (x-3)
Therefore : x=3
6 - y = -1
6--1 = y
y=7

You don't know that!
Christ, maths AS level. You crazy, crazy people.
Mind, I keep seriously considering art, which I know I'll end up hating if i choose it. *weeps*

The best way to solve that question is using elimination method. o_O

Heh, I started laughing in the exam because at first I put both of those equations equal to each other, got totally confused and then burst out giggling when I realised the solution was extremely simple.
