Location: PinkPT. Except when I'm not on PinkPT. No, wait. I'm confused.
I can barely wisper because I have this very bad, very weird sore throat. Its very tight and my nose is clogged up, and the mucus in running down my throat. I get really bad coughing fits that make my eyes water. I've been taking cough drops and drinking a lot of water(and some herbal tea) but none of it really helps. And now I have to go to the bathroom a lot.

Do any of you know what I have, and what can help it?

Just rest and sip a lot of fluids. There isn'ts much else you can do about it. Laying on your stomach prevents the mucus from going down your throat, though.

I had something similar to that. My mom made me some tea with honey in it. It tasted horrible but it helped soothe my throat.

I had that a while back. Dr. Pepper is the best cure I know of (besides my top-secret Tonic for which I've not found the ingredients since I was... nine... but it involved pinapple punch and mint.)

you probably have to go to the bathroom a lot because of all the water. But continue drinking water though, it helps to regulate your body temperature while you're sick.

sounds like strep throat, but I don't think that's in season... my mom and I have something similar.

Yeah, it could be the flu. I don't know much, but it is flu season. Did you get a flu shot? Hope you feel better soon!

Cystic Fibrous?

Ask your mom if your family has a chain of that genetic disorder.

Doesn't CF normally show up at birth though?

It sounds like a sinus infection. Oh Lord, I can tell you how much fun those are. It'll get worse -- much worse -- before it gets better. If I'm right, let me go ahead and warn you about a treatment called Biaxin. Unless you like tasting bile 24/7, going through depression and mood swings, memory loss, extreme nausea, etc., I'd steer clear of it.
