What did you enjoy the most about the game?
I definitely enjoyed trying to work out the clues and learning about all the various places.
What did you hate the most about the game?
Not so much the timezones, but more the lack of awareness in terms of when legs were coming (after all, in the real game, they're told when the next leg will start when the last one finishes), and then flights not arriving on time (I think delays should occur sometimes like in real life, but it seemed like it happened nearly every round).
Should Light run it next year?
Sure -- he did a great job handling the logistics and made it interesting and fun.
Was the Google Maps Interface more annoying or was it good; should we keep it?
I thought it was good, but I've nothing to compare it to. Another option would be to use an interface where you had to change the URL so that you really had to do the clues sequentially (for example, add the answer to the end of the url in order to bring up the map with the next clue, kind of like the Tim Tong test -- of course, this might be difficult because of spelling issues for foreign words, but there could be a way around that).
What do you recommend for next year's game?
Either announcing when the next leg will start at the end of the previous leg, or give more lead-time between the announcement and when flights take off to accommodate people's time zones/real life constraints that might make them only access PPT once or twice per day. The game dragged on a bit longer than I thought it would, and so Ella and I lost in part due to my move back to Atlanta (I was on the road from 9am until 11:45pm the day the flights were announced, so we missed booking and didn't even get to participate in the round)... so maybe a shorter game?
What cityies would you like to see in next year's game?
Belfast, Dingle, Athens, Rome, Nice, Johannesburg, Lagos, Nairobi, Machu Picchu, Mexico City, Shenghai, Palau, Melbourne, Port-au-Prince... (okay, I'll stop now -- anywhere's fine with me, but it'd be cool to go to all 7 continents)
Do you plan on playing next year?
I'd like to, but I have no idea where I'll be or what I'll be doing after graduation in May...

And congrats to all the teams -- you made each round challenging. Thanks, Light, for organizing!

What did you enjoy the most about the game?
Learning about different places, the challenge of the puzzles, and working with May to figure things out. Our AIM conversations were quite intense for some of the rounds - particularly the German round, where we were looking through real menus (in both English and German) trying to find the right plate of schnitzel (before the link was up).
What did you hate the most about the game?
Definitely scheduling. Probably cause most of the legs hit when I was at work, and while I was at the computer, I kept getting interrupted by work... :P
Should Light run it next year?
Of course!
Was the Google Maps Interface more annoying or was it good; should we keep it?
Thought it was fine. :)
What do you recommend for next year's game?
More use of items that can be bought with points.
What city would you like to see in next year's game?
Hm. I think I'll be biased and say Houston, though San Antonio or Orlando would be fun, too.
Do you plan on playing next year?
If I'm not too busy, of course!

Oh, and having to drawn images when you don't have a paint program... be nice to us poor Mac users :)

Second times infinity! I hated doing the PM to Light on my Mac and having to draw stuff on my PC then email or post the image somewhere to transfer it.

I think he is just jealous that we have a better OS :P

I agree, it annoyed me greatly seeing as I'm a mac user to find out that the leg had a drawing to do in Paint.

It seems the main concern is scheduling; hopefully I will have a solution to this problem worked out by next year. Anyways, thanks for input and thanks for playing; and keep those questionaires coming (for those who haven't submitted one), the more input I get the better. Thanks, and I hope to see you playing next year. :)

DM, sorry you didn't seem to get to do anything, but you were the sexy eye candy that distracted the other teams long enough for me to finish everything.

Quoted for truth. ;D

What did you enjoy the most about the game?
Making it to final three, and being able to help Miyu.
What did you hate the most about the game?
The erratic scheduling, especially since I entered college again near the end.
Should Light run it next year?
Definitely!
Was the Google Maps Interface more annoying or was it good; should we keep it?
I liked it. I wish there was away to avoid cheating by zooming out, though.
What do you recommend for next year's game?
More items!
What city would you like to see in next year's game?
Weatherford, Oklahoma. :)
Do you plan on playing next year?
If I can have Miyu as my partner again.

Oooh, look at those cheap knock-off buttons! :P How common!

If this happens next year... beware (though poor Raz; I'm pretty useless... but I'll make him be my partner).

Shame I missed it this year. Looks like you did a good job, Light.

What did you enjoy the most about the game?

I thought that the tasks we had to do in each stage were generally really interesting and fun :)

What did you hate the most about the game?

Umm, probably timezones :P

Should Light run it next year?

Yes definitely! I think he was a great host.

Was the Google Maps Interface more annoying or was it good; should we keep it?

I found it annoying, because I had no idea where in the countries most of the places were so I would spend agesssss just randomly looking around until I stumbled upon something.

What do you recommend for next year's game?

Maybe have someone co-host, so that there could be at least one host on for most of the day.

What city would you like to see in next year's game?

Tokyo and any Australian city.

Do you plan on playing next year?

If i'm still around :D
