The idea of this is to create stories. Not just on story, but a number of stories.
Rules:
- Each 'round' lasts 3 days.
- During the first round, anybody may start a story.
- During each following round, people must add onto stories others have started. These then become the story fragments for the next round for people to add onto.
- Stories can be about any subject, but must follow the PPT Rules.
- Each story fragment must ba reasonable length. Minimum of 5 sentences. Much more encouraged.
- A story can have a maximum of 10 story fragments, and a minimum of 3 fragments
- You cannot add onto a story fragment which nobody added to the previous round.
- When the story comes to a natural end, you may end the story by saying 'The End' in addition to the last story fragment. After this, you cannot add onto any more stories, but this story is 'complete'. This is considered 'your story'.
- You get 5 poiunts when you end a story, but will gain no more points after that, apart from the Voting Ceremony (later)
Points:
- Whenever you write a part of a story, you get 2 points
- Whenever someone other than you adds onto a story you have contributed to, you get 1 point.
The End:
- When either all the stories have ended, or the 10th round have finished, the first stage of the contest have finished. If the 10th round is reached, and the stories have not finished, then all non-finished ones are discarded. (If none are finished, then I'll probably extend it)
- After that, players vote for stories. It'll be just a normal poll, one option for each story. Vote for your favourite story.
- The person whose story wins gets 10 points. All other people that contributed it get 5 points.
- The person whose story finishes second gets 5 points. All other people that contributed to it get 2 points.
- The person whose story finishes third gets 2 points. All other people that contributed to it get 1 point.
- The winner is the person with the most points.
Prizes:
There
may be prizes, but there will probably not be. Do not be disapointed with this, because I'm telling you upfront. Whether there are prizes will depend entirely on activity, quality of the stories and my financial status =P

A complicated contest, but a fun one. I will be participating and earning points along with you, however, I cannot win.
The winning story may end up in the PI, depending on suitability and length.
Round 1 Begins Now
Hanna rolled on her bed. She heard the familiar knock on the door, and, shoving her head underneath her pillow to get rid of the sounds, she screamed "Go away."
A gentlemanly voice came from the cabin door "Hanna." The voice sighed. "I know that since your mother's gone you haven't been well."
The young girl on the bed interruped. "It wasn't
her. It's
you." She got up from her bed, and burst open the door to let her father know how upset she was feeling. Tears streaked down the side of her fair face. "It's you and Eileen. I don't want a new mother. I just want you to
go away."
