Safe person I'm assuming you get stuff from the safe. If you get protection I would activate it cause if you get hit all the things probably goes down the drain with you. If you have a suspect with good reasoning go ahead and start shooting(day kill I assume) I would also assume you get res or something.
And if you opened the safe please dont' say you did or else you'll be targetted to die instantly.
