DM blinked. She was usually used to men hitting on her because she's slightly taller than the average 7th grader (YOU try being 5'7 and 12 and see how YOU like it), and replied to Jala "I have no prepared sarcasm for you at the moment."

Medli looked over at DM, feeling horrible bad for her. "Hey, um.. Jala. Leave my friend alone. :) " Medli picked up the little midjet and stuck him in a desk in the back of the room and walked back to DM. "I'm Medli. Well.. my name is actually Lorissa, but I prefer to be called Medli, usually. Oh, and I dunno if you were on the attendance list." She extended her hand for a shakeage, but quickly used to it pull her Relient K shirt down again, then quickly put it back out.

"It don't need to be prepared baby, just let it come from the heart. Whew! Is it hot in here, or is it just you?"

By now everyone was staring in shock at him.

Good, they wouldn't notice the absolute carnage outside. Just kidding. Or am I??? *Weird, alien music*

"Hi Medli, I'm DM. Don't ask what it stands for. It's rumoured it stands for Delirious Monkeys." She replied. She then peered over at Jala. "No prepared sarcasm needed? Well, that's good." She said, smiling.

"Do not call me a midget good Sir..ette. I am a dawrf. I come from the circus and do cartwheels. My red spiky hair could stab through your heart. I stabbed my own heart and died once! That was a rough night. Now, DM was it? How about you and me go to the broom cupboard down the hall?" The suggestive Jala suggestively asked the unsuggestive DM to suggestively go to the suggestively suggestive broom... suggestive cupboard.

"Do you have any relation to the kid who just fell out the window?" Medli asked as she realised the scary similarities. "And how did you break through the door? Which was lockingly locked?"

"What kid who fell out the window? I don't know any completely insane kid called Josh who threw a sock at Sock with a brick in it and I got the kid called Josh who I dopn't know to unlock it." The seemingly innocent Jala innocently told the innocent class that innocently asked if the innocent person that he innocently was if he innocently had any innocent relation to the innocent (and gorgeous ) Josh.

DM couldn't believe what she was hearing. A 3'5, at the most, dwarf was hitting on a 5'7 girl. "Uh, no thanks. I may squish you."

"You wouldn't, I have cat like reflexes"

Someone then threw at ball at Jala, it hit him and 3 seconds later he tried to hit it away.

"Well, maybe they need some work but don't let technicalities (sp?) get in the way. We both know we were meant for each other"

"Uh...if we were meant for each other, we would be on Maury by now. I think they're recording the next weird couples episode tomorrow." She said, looking up. "Wait...where's Mr. Bobbins?"

"Can someone tell me what in the blue hell Maury is?" Jala asked confusedly.

"I dunno." Medli simply responded to DM's question. Remembering her carrot gift, Medli stuck it in a plastic bag and stuck it in her desk.

"... JALA HOW DARE YOU." She squealed and taped his mouth shut.

"Uh...talk show host. YOU obviously are not from this world." She said and continued, "ARE you from this world?"
