I'd say sell the Deserted Fairgrounds. It's obviously between that and the Ice Caves. If we give them the Ice Caves, then they are that much closer to getting another Monopoly. If we sell them the Deserted Fairgrounds, while worth more, they have a lesser chance of getting a Monopoly on it and can't purchase the property they are on (it's yellow, which seems to be the colour we're going after). If they do buy it, they won't have enough money to trade us for the property. They most likely won't buy it (haven't read their thread yet), but we will also be taking money out of their house money.

On the flip side, while I'm not recommending this, if we were to sell them a yellow property, they would have a very small amount of money. Unfortunately, they are very close to Go...

I say the Deserted Fair...

I agree and say we sell the Deserted Fair because we want to keep the yellow properties so we can get a monoploy, so the next property we have that is the most value is desterted fair. There you go. I'm going to pm Matt now.

Good Idea we want to have a chance of getting a monoply, then maybe we'll get a better card next time
