You can choose an extra target if you want, as specified in the weapon's description.

I liked the staff chucks too :P But sword chucks were featured more as a plot element so I went with them. There should be more forms of Chuckery in the world.

0500/1700 Rule: Regardless of when the last update occurred, you may make actions after 5AM/PM your time zone. There is no need to wait for an update to make an action, but it is recommended. Any actions that break this rule will not count as a legal action and will be promptly (eventually) pointed out. If you miss one of the posting periods, you will not get an extra move. Specials follow the same format where appropriate.

Specials and weapons should be used before regular attacks can be used.

Special users can defeat one 1 or 2 HP NPC of their choice in addition to their special use (meaning without targeting the NPC with the special).

Super Smash Attacks (SSA): SSA actions are powerful, character-specific moves with special effects. They can only be activated two ways and usually involve the character being removed from the game (see below) for a short time. The SSA use counter does not reset until all characters have used their SSA. To activate: either use a Smash Emblem or buy it with some points. Characters that still have an available SSA are marked with the Yen symbol (¥)

Removed from the Game (RFG): Unlike in Magic: The Gathering, this is not a permanent effect. Characters removed from the game cannot attack or heal but cannot be targeted. They return to play after a set amount of rounds. At least three characters will remain in play at all times.

Special Character - Gogo: Due to Gogo’s unique nature, I will post his information every round. If there are any questions, PM me, and I will willingly help.
Gogo cannot attack or heal. He is active every round. He has only one special which he uses every round.
Special: Mime: *Gogo copies the last action done (the post above this use). *Gogo’s user may choose new targets. *If a special was used, Gogo receives -3 damage in addition to the special’s effects. *Cannot mime SSAs or actions in the GM’s posts. *Cannot be the first action of the round. *If Gogo is not used, he automatically heals for +1 HP each round, but he starts with 30 HP at the beginning of the game. *He counts as male for gender related contests.

Castlevania: +30 - Vampire Slayer - Characters can automatically defeat two NPCs with 1, 2, or 3 HP or defeat one 4 or 5 HP NPC in addition any other actions this round
Deep Space 9ers: +50 - Reflective Shields - All attacks directed at the members are reflected back to the attackers. Members can still attack
Dream Land: +20 - Skill Copy - Members may use any special belonging to any [Faction] member. (Check character guide or with the GM for specials)
Hyrule: +90 points - Magic Sack - Members may use any weapon unlimited times (weapon changes user after each use unless user can do unlimited attacks) (Check item guide or with the GM for items)
Independent: +0 - None (duh, they have no team)
Defeated - Kongo Jungle: +20 - Monkey Friends - When a member is attacked, the attacker receives a -1 damage counterattack for every -2 damage dealt to member (counterattack is rounded down)
Mushroom Kingdom: +40 - Mega Mushroom - All members deal double damage for the rest of the round, but cannot use weapons. Negative side effects are doubled for members
Pokémon: +50 - Pokeball - A random, unused Pokeball is activated. Members are immune to the effects
Sephiroth: +60 - Summon Sephiroth - Either: a Guard Armor or Dark Trooper appear; or Sephiroth appears for the round and deals up to -20 damage distributed among the remaining characters.
Sonic: +60 - Hyper Sonic Speed - Members cannot be attacked for the rest of the round. Members may still attack.
Square Enix: +160 points - Job Change - Members may use any Dressphere that is currently not being used (Check Dressphere guide or with the GM for Dresspheres). Counts as a weapon action
Versus: +70 - Versus: Adrenaline Rush - Members may make unlimited actions. Special users may use their special twice (any given player may only use the special once)

Round 67 Announcements:
1: Both Brackets are Active!
2: I have another request to make. Please let Tina, Black Mage and Ramza survive until they use their fourth and final specials. Trust me. You will want to let them live.
3: I am working on a new, month-long ‘mini’-game. I may be posting its information sometime next week. It is just something big to occupy time since I have Spring Break coming up soon and will have to drop the quality/detail of the plots.
4: Plot canceled since I just spent 5 hr working on chaos yesterday and have no time to write. Just scarfed a ton of BK as I wrote this. Your regularly scheduled plot will return shortly.
5: I hope you are liking the commercial parodies. They are really fun to write. If you have suggestions, feel free to PM me.
6: Ty bought the Tanuki Suit for 60 Points. If he found and skinned his own tanuki, that would have been pretty cool.
7: I think that My Sims for the Wii looks like Lego Sims. Anyone else see that resemblance?
8: Knuckles and Kite are the last two to have a two specials left. That means that I will be giving you the Ramza-Tina-BM Blitz I have been talking about :D:D:D

This Round's Weapons:
1 Offering: Special users only. May use special twice with different targets. Negative effects to the character are doubled. User gets -2 damage in addition to Special effects. (Like most other weapons, only one use per round).
For Tyhpoon: Tanuki Suit: Choose one: +4 HP and user ignores two attacks this round, or +4 HP to user and -3 damage to one character

This Round's Dressphere - Square Enix use only!:
Blue Mage - Blue Magic: -1 damage to one character that is using a special. Sphere user can use that special on a different character or gains the automatic effect.

This Round's Specials:
Gogo - Mime: See above
1) Zelda: Din’s Fire: -4 damage to one character
2) Kasumi: Oboro-Giri: -4 damage to one character
3) Wario: Metal Wario: Automatic. Wario receives 1 less damage when attacked, but only deals -2 damage when attacking. Cannot be targeted by specials and is immune to Stage effects. Also counts as a regular attack.
4) Pikachu: Quick Attack: Automatic. Pikachu cannot be attacked, heal, or attack for the rest of the round
SSA: None

This Round's Stage:
Gold Saucer: Bet your points! (Betting does not count as an action)
If you have no points, you may buy them by declaring an attack with a character not using a weapon or special and sacrificing damage. For each point of damage you give up, you will earn 5 points. Up to 15 points may be earned. (Counts as your action).
Betting: Say how much you wager and chose from the following list. I will roll a d6 or d20 (your choice) for each bet. You win points based on your bet. Lose points equal to your bet.
Payout ratios:
Even/odd - 1:2; Prime - 2:3 (d6), 9:20 (d20); Individual # - 1:6 (d6), 1:20 (d20)

Point trade example:
Marth attacks Purin for -1 damage and trades 2 damage for 10 points

Betting example:
200 points on Even
3 points on Prime for the d6
10 points on 7 for the d20

Kasumi gives an offering of -2 damage and uses Oboro-Giri twice on Roy for -8 damage.

Two points:
1) You would have had to choose two targets as part of the Offering's 'different targets' wording.
2) Christopher is resistant to actually wording Offering use (something I have noticed many times) and used the item already.

Bonus third point:
3) Christopher is getting a finger wag (or more) for a little unsportsmanlike conduct/wording. That is 15 yards and a first down if I know my US football rules correctly.

Yeah, I see that now. Also, could you change the wording so that it says "you have to use it on two targets," and not, "you may use it on two targets?" :P So just halve that attack.

What's a moran? lol

lol, I didn't see Offering, so I preceeded to use it. I didn't bother reading Din's Fire because it had already been used, so I just assumed it had two targets. :P

Luigi sacrifices -3 damage for +15 points.

Tails creates a stylish hurricane, but it was based more on style and less on power, so it doesnt attack anyone but nets +15 points
