Scott walks in and sets down a green plated box. Well. It seems that today you haven't made your decision either way. However, there's a way to resolve this. In fact, It's already been done. Christopher. Come forward.
Scott takes out his gun from the box, polishes, loads, and fires it into Christopher's heart. Blood starts to drip out slowly as he falls backwards. As he falls a small hand-axe falls out of his side pocket.
"Ah... looks like he wanted to be one of those old tyme executioners and help the innocents out. Unfortunately his life was cut a bit short..."
Night 2

A loud crash is heard and Scott rushes over to see that KUGETSU has been mauled to death. Nothing interesting is found next to him.
Then a loud scream is heard, where CD is found shot to death. Next to him lies the town charter, giving the impression that he must be a governor of some sort.
"A not too happy day for the innocents."

I'm not too familiar with all the roles, so is a governor a innocent, or a baddie?
If it's a baddie, then Satan Claus' list is extremely accurate!
