Meh, Samus is strange. Link is so, so much better.

Samus beat Link in the final round. All 26 characters will return 29/01/2006, unless any of you have any objections. With them will come: new rules, more weapons, Pokeballs, the legendary Home Run Bat, stages, NPCs, and bosses. But right now, this is not about the characters. This is about you, the players. A poll was taken from many (three) of you, the players. You were asked who did you think was the best player one among you for this game. At the same time, I made my own list of who I thought were the best of you. (My list is much longer).

Here is what you said (will be amended if more votes come in the next hour ending 8 PM PST):

Tied with one vote each - Wind, DiscordantNote, and Noo
Tied with two votes each - Kugetsu, Ixistant, Christopher, and Blk Mage
With an amazing three votes, your choice player - Pixa

That is a great list. Here is my list (in no particular order), and the reasoning behind them:
Kugetsu - A brilliant strategist. the first to reign in all characters with high HP
Ixistant - Very dedicated to his choice characters. Fought tooth and nail to save Roy
Pixa - Another great strategist. Was great at sniping kills
Wind - Very well rounded player.
Christopher - A great player and strategist (cites Chris' last move)
Blk Mage - One of the top killers and a smart player
WIS - The driving force behind Roy's death and Ness' long life.
DiscordantNote - First to play, first to start a lot of attacking trends, and the one that caused Samus' win with many rounds of healing
Jamie - A great sniper
Noo - Not just the man of the hour for making the last move, but a very good player throughout the whole game
Divine/Icey - A good player dispite mispelling 'Icy'
MJ - For starting this game

In addition to all of those listed above, I want to say that everyone who posted at least once is an All-Star in my book. Everyone who played is a gem. I hope all of you and more will play in the next game.
