For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

I'm not allowed on the internet until I do my schoolwork, since I'm homeschooled. BUT IT'LL ALL CHANGE TOMORROW! Woo-hoo! Go DM, go DM, go DM!

Well, you could say I'm always on when I'm at school because of the college dorm life. I don't usually go on PPT outside of my room, but I often go on Neopets during class. In fact, this semester I have one class where I spend the whole class trying to get through Neoquest Insane on.

Never.
1) If someone played Neopets at my school --
they're uncool. So no one knows I play. XP
2) My teacher has a thing where she can spy on you from her computer. So that means no email, no LJ, nothing that can get you in trouble.

All interesting sites are blocked at the school computers. No forums, no Hotmail, no Neopets, no AMVs.

My high school was like that. But they used Bess.
Bess the easily passable dog. But then again I was the one who got pulled out of class to FIX their computers.
Thank goodness for college now, where the websites and plenty, and fast.

Yes, our teachers have that too. They can do everything to your computer that you can do and more. So I don't go on the internet, unless I need to, of course.

Ugh, terrible isn't it? My best (real life) friend has that problem at her job - the only time she can use the internet is for work ... period. Everything else is off limits and if you're caught you can be fired.
So, she has to come to my place to play on Neo, get email, stuff like that since she doesn't own a computer herself. I've set it up so she logs onto the computer, has her own email, I don't know any of her passwords, she doesn't know mine. It's the best I could do for her!
