Crime rate fixed; couldn't get unemployment to go down.

I just added industry, but unemployment and crime are both back up to 1%.

Unemployment has been taken care of :)

Crime is still at 1% :(

Just tried fixing crime, and all's at 0 again. {I never remember when I came on yesterday, so I never know if my action actually worked or not -- so I just click whenever the thread's been bumped up, and post if something is different than the last post. :oops: }

Added Industry which puts unemployment back down to 0%.

But Crime is at 1%.
