(Hah, yes... Syrill is amusing... you should see some of the chats and and I have together. :P)

"You know." Ishka commented, to no one in particular. In fact, chances were, no one was around, let alone listening. "Rissima really angers me. All we were asked to -- whumph -- do is to meet at a particular destination. I mean, how could that -- ow -- possibly be?"

Twice she ran into a tree, each time recovering quickly. With a sigh, she tried to straighten her glasses the best she could, and continue one, looking at her surroundings.

Cayla stood and, seeing the water tossing and turning, heaved a deep sigh. She ran to the water's edge, and shouted, "ANKA! ANKA, YOU IDIOT!"

When no response came, she sighed once more, and waded into the lake.

[Now, this is when swimming lessons at school actually come in useful, Liv.]

Cayla realised than if she got to Anka, he would probably pull her down with him. Remembering the training lessons her father gave her in this very lake, Cayla removed her jumper.

"Here goes," she muttered.

She ran into the water, and waded to knee height. Finding that the water was freezing, and the waves were insane, she called to Nya. "Nya, stay boy!"

Nya whimpered, and sat at the water's edge. "Good boy! Stay!"

Cayla swam forward strongly, but not strongly enough, as the waves were higher than the tallest tree at the edge of the lake. "ANKA!" Cayla called, searching the water desperately. "ANKA! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!"

Cayla was now panting, treading water. Every so often huge waves would rush over her, causing her to hold her breath while they did so. Eventually, Cayla realised that what she was doing wasn't helping.

With a deep breath, she went underwater. Gradually, she opened her eyes, feeling the sting of the water against them. She turned, watching frantically for any sign of Anka.

An Arm appeared 2 meters to Calya's Right.

Anka was trying to get back to the surface. He was running out of breath. He started to go dizzy and was having to stop himself from breathing in water.

Cayla searched and searched for Anka, but she had run out of breath. She swam to the surface, took a breath, and deved back down again. Seeing Anka's arm, she lunged forward and grabbed it, pulling him up to the surface.

Checking his head was above the water, she shouted, "Anka, you have to hold on top my jumper." She untired her jumper from around her waist, and held it up. "I'll tow you back!"

Anka barely had enought strength to hold on. The water was becoming more and more fierce, throwing him about. But he held on for dear life.

[Very true. I think we need to make that decision now, if people don't come back. It was a good idea, but no one's here anymore. ;_;]
