Shadow smiled at the food, it had been so long she had forgotten what it had tasted like, and it was a glorious surprise. Maybe it was the fact that Shadow hadn't eaten in so long, or maybe that Jewellie had gotten some help, but this food definitely tasted better.. She wolfed it down, and her stomach always seemed empty. Shadow ate, and ate, and didn't stop until she had had more than her fill. She rested a bit, so that she wasn't to bloated to walk, and trotted back over to the dolls house, where she asked one of the smaller ragdolls to take this upto Jewellie, being to large to fit into the doll house herself. "Thankyou very much," Shadow acknowledged as she nodded in Jewellie's direction for thanks, and went down the snuggle against a pile of discarded toy stuffing, falling out of other toys. This would make a marvellous bed, Shadow thought, as she snuggled under it, and turned round to watch the frolicking of all the other toys. Shadow smiled, and let out a tear, remembering the olden days, when all the toys knew who she was, but now, she was an old discarded toy, and if it wasn't for the gentle Nanny, se would still be stuck up on the shelf, reminiscing. Shadow knew that soon she would be thrown away. The children had so many new toys, much better than a stupid, broken hand puppet. She sighed, all toys had to wait their turn to be thrown out, and she knew it was her's soon, especially as Christmas is coming up. Still, Shadow could probably hide somewhere, that would buy her another month atleast. Shadow let out another tear, and lay, head on paws, looking out, remembering the good times she was too old for.
