Tiir stepped outside into Hyrule Field. It had not been safe fir Hylians to leave their homes. SkullChild's could haunt he field night or day under the rule of Ganon.

Tiir paused a moment, looking down at the bright blade claspe din her hand. It had been given to her by her uncle. She had never learned to wield it, but it felt right in her hand. She had no doubt she could defend herself if need be.

Scanning the horizon, she could make out the dark shape that she knew must be Lon Lon Ranch. She'd never seen it up close, but her uncle had told many tales of it, particularly favoring the lovely Malon, who he remembered from his younger days.

Holding the blade tight, Tiir strode out over the field, cutting a direct course for the ranch.

Nunaamr'e ventured out of the shade of the trees and introduced himself, "I am the Zora Nunaamr'e, I have the ability to walk around on land because of the gift of a certain fairy of the forest. Although, I still need to 'recharge' at places of coolness or water every once in a while..." He explained his gift as, he felt something important was to happen among them and they would need to know.....

He turned around upong hearing the rustling in the tree and began to look about for somone else that might of followed him. He didnt see anyone but that didnt mean there wasnt somone there. He went back to looking at hte group that had formed out in the ranch wondering if he should go.

Elily got off the horse when they reached the ranch.

'My name is Elily, and this is my guardian fairy, Aurora.'

Aurora nodded. 'Nice to meet you.'

[Writers' Block, sorry. >_< ]

((That's okay Glass :P ))

Anjiel looked at the two travellers, she actually felt honoured to have meet either of them. After all, the Kokiri children never left the forest, and most of the Zora had died out. She wondered whether the girl from Kakariko Village had anything special about her. As it seemed they were all fated to meet here.

Kaepora flew down out of the sky, he landed on a fence of the inner circle of the race track. He swivelled his head to face the group of trees where Kyo was sitting, "You two might as well come out now. They mean you no harm here." Anjiel quizzically looked at the old owl, but he quickly turned back to her and chuckled softly, "The rest are on their way, then you shall be ready to leave for your quest." Anjiel's eyes widened, the rest? Who is Kaepora talking about? And a quest? Kaepora lifted off into the sky, hovering for a moment, "I'll explain everything when they arrive. For now, get aquainted with the two others and prepare some horses and supplies."

((Sorry to spoil your hiding spot Anime_Queen, and yours too Meiou. When Reqiuem and Lord Dragonbane's characters arrive more shall be explained and revealed.))

He stepped out into plain site mumbling something about an overly observant owl. "Why do i get the feeling weve met somewhere before?" He wondered if the other the owl had been refering to was in the tree.

Tiir was nearly to the ranch when she heard a wicked-sounding cackle just behind her. Whirling in suprise, she struuck a lucky blow to a skullchild with her outstretched sword. /it reeled back a moment, then came at her. She drove it back again with her sword, then ran, stright into the ranch.

((Don't blame me, I haveno creativity at 5 A.M))

((That's okay Glass, I'll take care of Elily for you.))

Anjiel watched a Hylian emerge from his hiding spot, her appeared to be a theif, probably raised by Gerudo, which was really strange considering that most Gerudo hated men. A Hylian suddenly burst in from the entrance to the ranch, she was carrying a Hero's Sword, much like Anjiel's own, and appeared out of breath. Anjiel rushed passed her and watched the Skull Child attempt to enter the ranch. An ancient ward knocked it back and she withdrew her bow and sent some arrows flying into it. It screeched then disappeared in a puff of smoke. Anjiel walked back over to the Hylian, "Don't worry friend. You're safe here."

Kyo, on the other hand stayed in the tree for now. "...stupid bird..." she muttered to herself as she leaned closer so now she finally got a good view of who she had been following. Her eyes widened slightly and a small smile crept onto her lips. "...finally caught you..." she whispered. The girl shifted her weight slightly so she could now push off of the branch that she was currently perched on. And with that she took a flying leap out of the tree, soon tackling the man to the ground. "...got you Meiou..." she smiled as quiet laugh escaped her.

Even with his reflexs he couldnt move in time to avoid the tackle. He soon found himself with a face full of dirt groaning. "Mind getting off me so i can get up?"

(A little bit of an intro, so that my char will make sense.)

The crack of a whip echoed through the cavern and the groan of slaves followed. The lash sounded again and again, and yet no screams were heared. Some of the Gorons dropped their tools, or the ore they were carrying to listen, not one scream. In the cave of Punishment, a very large Goron had been tied to stone spire, where he was reciving a brutal whiping. Flecks of stone flew from his back as the whip struck him.

"This will teach you to eat our ore!" the whipman called.

"It is most unfortunate that you don't know what your dealing with," the Goron said coolly even as the whip struck him again, "The ore I discovered was a vien of rock called Admantite, when we Goron's ingest it, we gain endurence, stamina, and become stronger than we were before," this said the Goron began to groan, as his muscles tensed.

"What are you doing rock-eater?" the whipman jeered, "You can't break those..." Just as he spoke, the chains holding the Goron snapped free. The goron lifted his arms onto the air, swinging the chains leathally.

"My name is Glyr!" with a deadly snap, the chains struck the whipman to the ground in a spray of blood, "Remember that as you burn in hell!" With a mighty roar, the charged forwards and out of the chamber, awaiting the gaurds he would find outside.

(You guys are still at Lon Lon right?)

Mon Nov 15, 2004 6:56 pm

( yup we are still there, just waiting and having a random conversation or two...)

Mon Nov 15, 2004 8:36 pm

The deadly hum of Glyr's chains could be heared through the upper levels as the Goron made his escape. As few of his kinsmen who were still bold enough to fight, took up their tools as weapons and followed him. By the time he had reached the top level, five gorons hand joined him but they were not out yet. A ringing alarm went off somewhere overhead and gaurds and foremen came rushing to the scene. There was only one stair case between the gorons and their freedom, but there were far too many enemies for them to face alone, Glyr had known this.

"Fight hard comrades!" he cried as his chains dealt death the enslavers around him. There was a cry behind him as one of the gorons went down, and did not rise. Still more men came hording into the open chamber, swords drawn and whips raised. Seeing no other choice, Glyr reached into his mouth, and pulled out a bronze medallion from under his tounge. He held the medallion forwards and spoke the incantation inscribed on the back.

"I cry for the fires of destruction's might! Strike! Bombos Medallion!" no sooner than the words left his mouth, the entire cavern erupted in explosions of flame. Bodies flew everywhere as men ran screaming desperately trying to put themselves out. For a full minute destruction reigned supreme, and then it ceased. Palming the medallion, Glyr rushed forwards, followed by his awestruck Goron comrades. They rushed up the winding stair, and burst out into the daylight. The few gaurds that were at the entrance were dispatched quickly.

"We have won for now comrades," Glyr said, "But they will not let us go easily. We stand a better chance of survival if we are seperate. Meet me upon the shores of Lake Hylia in three days!" This said, Glyr flung himself off the mountain face, curled into a ball, and rolled off, a free goron.

(Good, I'll meet up with ya'll in a little bit then)

Kyo smiled as she shook her head, quickly getting of of the man. "What happened to you Meiou...did you forget what you were taught...you should have sensed me..." the girl said softly as she sat, quite comfortablly, on the ground aside of the Hylian.
