Well, I could sit around all day and recolour pets, but I'd probably get bored of it after a while.

Anyway, a few people in the Unreleased Thread said that they'd love to own an Orange Bori... so I went and created one for them so they'd know what it would look like.

Okay, for anyone wanting to see it, here's my version of the Purple Bori. Please note that my Bori hasn't caught that hideous measel-like disease that seem to be going around the other Purple pets.



Anyway, I'm not sure I like the shade of purple. I might end up changing it. Depending on comments, of course.

I hope neopets team is seeing this because this would be a great plain color to release around halloween...

Halloween? Really? Never would've thought of orange as a Halloween colour...

I just thought I'd point out, in an amusing side-note, that I used the Green Bori as the base for this. And when I was recolouring it, I almost left the tip of its tail green... which made me laugh because it almost made it look like a carrot.

I really like that green color, although the (what would it be...um...) right ear seems like the shadow's a bit too dark on it. ^^;; Gomen for being picky...

As far as I know, there's no official Purple Bori, but I could make one if you'd like. Of course, mine would be 100% without those hideous orange spots!

Oh, and Meowth... I'm not sure what the dark spot on its ear is, but it's actually in the original. When I recoloured it, I used a colour layer, so that the shading would be that of the original. The only difference is actually the colour.

Looking closer it's that the tips of the ears are darker. On top of the fact there's a shadow there it just didn't look right the first time I looked at it. But I can see what it is now...

Wow... That's really good! It looks like it's something that neopets would (and will, most likely) release. And then we can all say we saw it before it was released !

Only complaint/comment is that to me it appears to be more browny-orange than orange. But apart from that, you did a great job.

Actually, I considered that when I was colouring it. It was originally a much brighter orange, similar to the one TNT loves, but it just looked weird on the Bori. So, I made it a little more brown in the hopes of making it a little more natural.

I should do more, I think. TNT doesn't seem to be bringing new Bori colours out all the quickly. Or Rukis for that matter. And it's been a while since the Yurble had a new colour.

I see your point in that. It'd probably look a bit silly in the bright orange of say, the PPT chicken
