Uni Day entry

I just found out that my picture made it into the gallery. Yayayay! 
*cough* Anyway. My picture.
I used black ink for the lines, Neopiko markers for the colours and a Pentel brush for the background. The stars and yellow outline were done with acrylic paint, just like the tiny little sparkle in the eyes.
The anatomy is pretty bad, but I just wanted to draw an interesting pose. Please don't kill me for it, ahoteinrun
Any comments/critics?

Its actually really nice, I like the shading effect you did with the markers and the pose is cute! I'm terrible at drawing horses so no crits from me XD;

It's very nice, and festive! The blue Uni with the red mane reminds me of something, but I can't put my finger on exactly what...

I know what it reminds me of....My Little Pony!
Anyway, I love your picture. The colors and shading are lovely and I think that your anatomy is pretty good (I'm not a visual artist though, so take my comments however you would like). Congrats on getting into the Art Gallery. I hope to see more art from you

Anatomically... well it doesn't seem to have a mouth. *Grins* But no. Nothing really big anatomically wise. It's cute, and I like it, and it works.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone!
Unis always remind me of My Little Ponies, especially the Starry and Baby ones... I couldn't decide on a colour first, Striped is not that special and I didn't have a good reference picture for Island (ok, I was too lazy to print one). So in the end I picked Starry. Yay!

I don't like drawing mouths on my Unis. It makes them look odd. I'm weird.
