4 photos

So... I've noticed that photography isn't that huge on this forum... Is it not considered art?

Anyhow, I bought a new camera about a month ago, but I haven't gotten much of a chance to use it. Especially outside. But I prefer portraits anyway.

First portrait I got those eyes but having the blinds open, and letting the sun through.
And the last one, was taken with my old camera. But I still like it.

I'd appreciate any comments/ critique.

I love the last one^^ It seems almost like something you'd see on a motivational poster or something.

You have a good eye for photography^^

i love the first pic soooo much! the eyes just POP out at you and the idea with the blinds to put sunlight on the face, genius!

I just love the first and the last photos. The first one has the light making the face so much more striking and the last one seems so lonely and simple.

WOW!! I love all of them!!! They look really proffesional. My favourite is the third picture, I think - no, actually the second...... wait I love all of them!

I wouldn't say i'm that creative, but i'm always looking for new ideas...

How did the pics get aligned in one row?... Weird.

I love the fourth picture

It reminds me of a scene from The Godfather: Part II. All the photos are really well done. Keep up the great work!

I use a digital SLR (Canon 350D - 8MegaPixel)

Except for the 4th - I took it with a plain old compact digital camera.

I agree Happy. They're fantabulous. I especially like the colour of theyes in the first. did you digitally modify them or are they natural Shifty?
