Kayla Zafara Pic (Please don't sue)

I am really bad at drawing original works, but I am pretty good at copying images from cards and what not. I know I'm not good of a drawer, but suggestions to improve are welcome. Also, since this is a copy of a Neopets CCG card, I doubt it is legal for distribution and am very upset since I doubt even more that I can submit it for Zafara Day 
I was really bored in one of my classes last quarter and started drawing this. I finished it a few weeks ago and colored it. It is drawn all in pencil and colored by colored pencils so the quality isn't that great. I don't really like the background too much, but I didn't want to go back and fix it. There is no/little shadowing since I'm not one for fancy details.

thats really good. But thats would be really dumb if they sue

I dont think they'd sue over such a little matter and if you credit them then they wont.
