I just wanted to ask a question first, will it be possible to make a set from an MSN icon image? o_O

I just kinda found it and fell in love with it, so it would be neat to have a set like that, but I'm not sure if it can be done. o.-;

It would be totally hard, and the hand wouldn't be able to be in it. =P Maybe ask around in Workshop, to see if anyone knows the sorce?
